SALES TRAINER

As a Sales Trainer, your duties include understanding our clients’ other sales and business backgrounds and being able to teach them to our VAs. Another is scheduling and conducting all training programs and identifying training needs. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring new Independent Contractors receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully.

  • Proven experience with regard to streamlining the company sales cycle by effectively coordinating negotiations between multiple stakeholders including buyers, owners and clients
  • Developing and carrying out training programs encompassing basic and advanced sales, prospecting and marketing techniques, as well as leadership development
  • Leading group classes on sales techniques, prospecting and follow-up, negotiation, closing, and software and technical training.
  • Utilizing a training model (needs assessment, design/development, implementation, and evaluation criteria) to provide a training program lead for companywide initiatives
  • Improving quality assurance by regularly conducting coaching, calibration, and training sessions
  • Assessing collective and individual training plans conducted at different experience levels, and ensuring effective needs-based training objectives are being met
  • Designing, establishing and continuously assessing cutting-edge training, utilizing training designs such as online learning management systems, conferences, and talent development programs
  • Designing and deploying a successful Business Continuity Plan which addresses any event or incident that could negatively impact operations
  • At least 3 years of Training and Development experience
  • At least 2 years of Sales Experience
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships quickly; to gain respect and influence with key clients or internal business contacts
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Systems and GSuite
  • Strong analytic and project management skills with a focus on flawless execution andattention to detail
