• Conducting 100-150 phone call dials daily, subject to potential adjustments.
  • Understanding the motivations of individual sellers and educating them on how the company can meet their needs.
  • Handling and evaluating a substantial volume of leads.
  • Achieving or surpassing predetermined benchmarks, encompassing daily and monthly objectives and metrics.
  • Collaborating with various business teams, such as Marketing and Real Estate.
  • Flexibility to work on a schedule spanning from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, based on the current business requirements.
  • Adaptability to evolving demands.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing sales involving relationship-building.
  • Experience in phone sales, Senior Housing, and/or Real Estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient usage of CRM and other technological tools.
