RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
A Recruitment Specialist is an integral part of the Recruitment Team who will be responsible to look for potential candidates for different job types that will match the desired set of skills needed by the company. The ultimate goal is to build a sound talent pipeline that will address not only the current but also the future talent needs of REVA Global.
- Sourcing and creating a network of potential candidates and professionals in the real estate industry
- Utilizing all channels, online portals, and social networking sites to gather and connect with potential candidates such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Developing sourcing strategies to improve candidate search
- Conducting candidate phone screenings
- Must have proven work experience (preferably those with 3 years and above) recruitment specialist, or any similar role, sourcing managers can apply
- Is an expert with profiling and targeted-selection
- Has solid experience sourcing from social network sites, online job portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates
- Has strong English communication skills, verbal and written
- Can create sourcing plans and implement strategies to improve candidate search
- Computer and tech-savvy must be proficient in Gsuite or MS Office
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have a working USB type headset (wireless and mobile phone headsets are not allowed)
PRIMARY
- Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
- Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
- Computer Operating System: Windows 10 / MAC OS Catalina or higher
- Headset: Any USB type headset with a noise-canceling feature
BACK-UP
- Computer Processor: Core i3 – 3rd gen or later (2013 or later)
- Computer Memory/RAM: at least 4.00 GB
- Computer Operating System: Windows 10 / MAC OS Catalina or higher
Primary Connection: A stable primary wired Internet subscription with a minimum download/upload speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)
Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
- Starting rate is as high as $800 (USD) monthly
