RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST | REVA GLOBAL MEDICAL

A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process for targeted applicants, and working with departmental managers or executives within the organization to fulfill workforce needs.

  • Sourcing and creating a network of potential candidates and professionals in the Medical industry
  • Utilizing all channels, online portals, and social networking sites to gather and connect with potential candidates such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Developing sourcing strategies to improve candidate search
  • Conducting candidate phone screenings
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
  • Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
  • At least 2 years of experience in high volume recruiting and talent acquisition
  • A year of experience in Human Resources is highly preferred
  • Willing to work from home permanently
  • PRIMARY

    •  Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
    •  Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
    • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 / MAC OS Catalina or higher
    •  Headset: Any USB type headset with a noise-canceling feature
    • Webcam (at least 720P)

    • Computer Processor: Core i3 – 3rd gen or later (2013 or later)
    • Computer Memory/RAM: at least 4.00 GB
    • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 / MAC OS Catalina or higher

Primary Connection: A stable primary wired Internet subscription with a minimum download/upload speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)

Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
