RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST | REVA GLOBAL MEDICAL
A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process for targeted applicants, and working with departmental managers or executives within the organization to fulfill workforce needs.
- Sourcing and creating a network of potential candidates and professionals in the Medical industry
- Utilizing all channels, online portals, and social networking sites to gather and connect with potential candidates such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Developing sourcing strategies to improve candidate search
- Conducting candidate phone screenings
- Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
- Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
- At least 2 years of experience in high volume recruiting and talent acquisition
- A year of experience in Human Resources is highly preferred
- Willing to work from home permanently

Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
