MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS | Medical Scribe
A medical virtual assistant works closely with medical professionals or health insurance companies to ensure that the best interests of the healthcare provider, patient, and medical establishment are met.
- Documented patient electronic medical records in real time as provider or healthcare professional assessed and examined patient
- Recorded and documented patients’ medical history, physical exam, procedures, findings and diagnosis
- Identified, interpreted, and evaluated discrepancies and inconsistencies with the medical notes and records
- Edit, revise, and clarify inaccuracies without altering the actual meaning of the medical notes and records
- Reviewed records checking for spelling and grammar then send them to final review
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Medical Transcriptionist working for a US based Client
- Excellent English communication skills (Written and Oral proficiency)
- Typing Speed: 60-70WPM
