MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing Expert to drive the execution of our marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms. This role demands expertise in campaign management, content creation, and performance analytics, as well as hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation platforms. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, optimize marketing efforts, and contribute to achieving the organization’s growth objectives.
1. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
- Conduct keyword research, create audience segmentation, and develop strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Set up and manage campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design coordination, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
2. Content Development and Social Media Management:
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts.
- Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written content for blogs, social media platforms, and marketing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Edit videos into short, impactful clips optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor and engage with audiences across social channels to build relationships and foster community growth.
3. SEO and Website Optimization:
- Conduct SEO research to identify target keywords and create content that ranks effectively.
- Design, optimize, and update website pages to improve performance and user experience.
- Analyze heatmaps and screen recordings to recommend adjustments for better conversion rates.
4. Automation and Workflow Management:
- Set up workflows and automate repetitive tasks using tools like Zapier.
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems to streamline lead management and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve broken automations to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor marketing KPIs, such as traffic, conversions, and engagement rates, to evaluate effectiveness.
- Create detailed performance reports and recommend actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Provide periodic updates to stakeholders, outlining key metrics and areas for improvement.
6. Webinar and Event Marketing:
- Manage the planning and execution of webinars and virtual events, including promotional campaigns, audience engagement, and post-event analysis.
- Design presentations and marketing collateral to support events and workshops.
7. Affiliate and Partnership Marketing:
- Oversee affiliate relationships, including onboarding, training, and resource allocation.
- Track and manage affiliate performance and ensure timely communication and support.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in digital marketing and campaign management.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Envato Elements for content development and design.
- Expertise in social media management platforms like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and StreamYard for scheduling posts and analyzing performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and website optimization platforms like WordPress and Leadpages.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Zapier, and Typeform to streamline workflows and manage lead generation.
- Experience with webinar platforms like WebinarJam, EverWebinar, and Zoom for hosting and managing online events.
- Advanced skills in performance tracking and data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel to generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Calendly and Crisp Chat to capture and nurture prospective clients.
