Executive Assistant (Acquisitions Coordinator)

The Acquisitions Coordinator plays a critical support role within the Acquisitions team, providing organizational, administrative, and coordination support to the SVP of Acquisitions. 

This role focuses on enabling efficient deal flow, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring strong internal communication and follow-through across the acquisition process.

Deal Process & Coordination

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities during the life cycle of an acquisition
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take detailed notes, and synthesize key takeaways, and next steps
  • Track action items and ensure follow-up across the team
  • Maintain organization of deal-related materials, files, and communications

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update acquisition pipeline reports and summaries
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Dealpath
  • Assist in preparing internal reports, summaries, and presentation materials

Market Research & Data Management

  • Conduct market and property-level research using internal and external sources
  • Compile and organize data related to markets, tenants, and potential acquisition opportunities
  • Maintain acquisition target lists

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support communication and coordination with internal teams including Capital Markets, Transactions, Legal, etc.
  • Assist in preparing materials and information needed for cross-departmental collaboration

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, basic formulas, sorting/filtering)
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Ability to maintain clean, accurate datasets and reporting trackers
    • Strong research skills; familiarity with market research platforms a plus
