CREATIVE MEDIA SPECIALIST
A Creative Media Specialist coordinates with the managers to create an appealing design and creative layout techniques to enhance the effectiveness of online content. The job duties include photo editing, video editing, social media management, blogging, and some admin work.
- Producing a broad range of online advertising concepts, including banner ads, job advertisements, posters, videos, and other engaging social media materials
- Managing a library of software used for creative design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Maintaining project management schedules, databases, and completion of creative requests from interdepartmental units of Real Estate Virtual Assistants
- Ensuring compliance with approved design standards to provide quality design, constructability, reliable operation, and operating convenience for the company
- Reviewing and verifying calculations, drawings, design models, and design documents for quality, neatness, functionality, and satisfactory completion
- Assisting in marketing strategies and research
- Must have good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, Impartial and Highly organized
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Must have an existing portfolio
- Must be proficient in different multimedia software
- Willing to work from home full-time permanently
