BOOKKEEPING VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS

A Bookkeeper is responsible for preparing, tracking and organizing all financial transactions. The perfect candidate for this role is a person who has previous experience as a financial records keeper and someone who enjoys working with numbers.

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Records and categorize expenses
  • In charge of scheduling client’s bills to be paid on time
  • Must have a strong background in book keeping,accounting and payroll
  • Can summarize financial data and organize it on a spreadsheet or accounting software such as intuit, xero etc…
  • Can organize all financial transactions and record it on a book keeping software such as quickbooks,xero etc…
  • Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Has strong computer skills
  • Must be detail oriented and has presence of mind
  • Must have a working USB type headset
    (wireless and mobile phone headsets are not
    allowed)

PRIMARY

  • Computer Processor: at least i5 5th Generation or equivalent
  • Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB DDR3
  • Computer Operating System: at least MS Windows 10 or macOS El Capitan
  • Headset: Any USB type headset with noise-canceling feature
  • Primary Connection: 8 Mbps plan (10mbps and up preferred)
  • Back-up Connection: 5 Mbps
