VIRTUAL SALES ASSOCIATE

The Virtual Sales Associate is primarily a high-volume, outbound phone sales professional responsible for re-engaging with a large pipeline of potential clients. This role requires a strong focus on discovery and consultative selling, where the associate uncovers individual financial motivations and educates clients on a specific, non-traditional real estate solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on re-engaging with past potential sellers in existing pipelines and making 150-250 dials (phone calls) per day

  • Discovering each individual seller’s motivation and educating them on how the client can meet their needs
  • Managing and scoring a large lead volume
  • Meeting and exceeding expected benchmarks, including daily and monthly goals and metrics.
  • Partnering with teams across the business, including Marketing and Real Estate

 

  • At least 2 years sales experience
  • Ability to work a schedule of Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Time depends on the current needs of the business
  • Experience in phone sales, Senior Housing, and/or Real Estate is a plus
  • Proficiency  with CRM and other technology tools

    Primary Connection: 10Mbps Download/Upload –with latency not exceeding 30ms

    Back-up Connection: 8Mbps Download/Upload
