A Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for conducting research, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and candidate engagement.

  • Implement and utilize cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Prescreen and paper screen candidates by reviewing resumes and doing phone screening
  • Create tracking systems for all candidates and internal database
  • Collaborate with managers, and possibly other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates
  • Use all channels, online portals, and social networking sites to source out and connect with potential candidates; manage job boards and job postings
  • Measure and report on sourcing metrics timely
  • 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or any similar role
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates
  • Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition
  • Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a healthcare/medical related field (Preferred but not required)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) (Preferred but not required)
    •  Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
    •  Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
    •  Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7
    •  Headset: Any USB type headset with a noise-canceling feature

Primary Connection: A stable primary wired Internet subscription with a minimum speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)
