SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

A Senior Sales Specialist must have excellent communication skills with little to no accent. You should be superb in rapport building and well experienced in sales transactions. Your role involves 90% phone work and 10% admin. You must also be detail-oriented, hardworking, independent and most importantly, goal driven who can work with minimum supervision to drive results.

Your quota is at least 12 – 15 qualified leads per week and at least 2 properties under contract per month. Additional bonus for every closed deal is at stake.

  • At least one year of work experience in the BPO industry handling sales, telemarketing, and customer service accounts
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in GSuite or MS Office

Primary Connection: A stable primary wired Internet subscription with a minimum download/upload speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)

Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
