QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
A Quality Assurance Specialist is in charge of oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Conducting regular text/call audits to check on the Acquisition Specialist’s process compliance and effectiveness in call handling
- Identifying texting/compliance/calling opportunities of Acquisition Specialist and providing best techniques/solutions to address possible areas for improvement
- Helping managers analyze clients’ numbers and providing recommendations
- Gathering data on a weekly/monthly basis and providing analysis/trends on audit outcomes
- Attending weekly sales call training and help facilitate follow-through training activity as necessary
- Facilitating calibration sessions with Operations and Training
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written proficiency)
- Demonstrating excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences
- Strong experience with data management is highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist is required
- Intermediate skills with Gsuite and/or Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to work from home
