PLACEMENTS SPECIALIST

The Placements Specialist is primarily responsible for managing Virtual Assistants in the available pool and placing them with clients considering their profiles and proficiency. Ultimately, the Placements Specialist ensures that the match-up is effective so that the clients are happy with their VAs.

  • Closely communicating with the sales and operations to fulfill any client requests for VAs
  • Mainly responsible for setting up and facilitating client interview sessions
  • Utilizing available tools and resources to accurately and precisely select VA candidates for CIs (client interview), considering client requirements and notes from the sales team
  • Coordinating with clients to set expectations when and how the CI is facilitated, and shares documents of VAs endorsed to the CI
  • Responding to client inquiries and requests during the client interview stage
  • Coordinating with selected available VAs for CI with clients and ensuring the VA attendance of said activity 
  • Preparing of VA candidates before the client interview activity
  • Communicating of client interview activity outcome to stakeholders
  • Maintaining the knowledge of profiles and proficiencies of available VAs in pool
  • Conducting of check-in process with available VAs in pool
  • Facilitating self-paced refresher learning sessions for VAs who are placed with clients when necessary
  • Managing all Placements related tools, trackers, files, and folders
  • Coordinating with Client Services Manager and VAs to transition VA to Operations post client interview sessions
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful VA Placement through calibration and strategy discussions
  • Handling of VAs and clients, demonstrating REVA’s Core Values at all times
  • Performing other duties as assigned by manager or Placements Lead
  • Highly proficient in client management; experience interacting with clients is a must

    Primary Connection: A stable primary Internet subscription with a minimum download/upload speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)

    Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
