Medical Virtual Professional (Donor Coordinator)
A Donor Coordinator works closely with prospective egg donors and internal departments to ensure a seamless screening process, accurate database management, and clear communication, ultimately securing the best possible candidates for the clinic’s needs.
- Scheduling and conducting virtual interviews with donor candidates
- Performing initial egg donor profile reviews
- Creating and maintaining egg donor profiles
- Uploading donor photos and videos into the database
- Working closely with the marketing team to provide content for newsletters and campaigns
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with egg donors
- Ensuring all relevant donor information is clearly communicated to the team
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a medical-related background or account
- Familiar with medical terminologies
- A healthcare-related degree is highly preferred
- Intermediate skills with Google
- Workspace and/or Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Office
- HIPAA Certification is a plus
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Impartial
- Highly organized
