IT EXECUTIVE
The IT department is responsible for identifying the needs of each CRM user to develop a strategy on what improvements are to be requested from the vendor. They keep track of all deliverables and make sure that each project remains on schedule and within budget. Development milestones include constant updating, documentation, and training for stakeholders.
On the systems side, IT also creates reports, action plans and implements measures that help identify and mitigate potential issues on data privacy. They ensure systems compliance based on current standards set for REVA Global Independent Contractors.
- Identify the needs of each CRM user to develop a strategy for the vendor
- Keeping track of all deliverables for every project
- Updating, documenting, and conducting training for stakeholders
- Create reports and action plans to mitigate potential issues on data privacy
- Ensure all systems are at par with REVA Global standards
- At least 2 years of study on any computer or engineering course
- At least 4 years of lead role experience working in the IT/Engineering/Telco field
- ITIL / PMP / Six Sigma Trained or Certified
- Exceptional risk mitigation abilities
- High familiarity with data protection
- Systems and network that highly meets REVA requirements
PRIMARY
- Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
- Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
- Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7
- Headset: Any USB type headset with a noise-canceling feature
BACK-UP
- Computer Processor: Core i3 – 3rd gen or later (2013 or later)
- Computer Memory/RAM: at least 4.00 GB
Primary Connection: A stable primary wired Internet subscription with a minimum download/upload speed of 8mbps (10mbps and up preferred)
Back-up Connection: A stable secondary connection with a minimum speed of 5mbps
