EXECUTIVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

An Executive Virtual Assistant will manage CRM tasks, handle scheduling and travel logistics, and provide presentation and marketing support.

  • CRM and Reporting: Entering and updating contacts, managing the VP’s top target list, tracking project outcomes, creating weekly status reports, and maintaining the database of successful projects.
  • Scheduling and Travel: Managing the VP’s calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, and handling all travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and event passes.
  • Marketing and Presentations: Supporting the creation and formatting of various marketing materials, such as pitch decks, case studies, and LinkedIn posts.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and articulate
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
