A Client-Program Trainer supervises VA to client endorsement and oversees client and account compliance statuses. 

  • Managing client portfolio for training and endorsement purposes
  • Create, schedule, and present new hire, group, and individual training based on learning needs, including weekly learning enhancement training
  • Providing support and proactive management of the various risks facing Client Onboarding
  • Responsible for networking with clients and identifying their needs and expectations for possible business development
  • Develops performance enhancement plans, training programs and materials, and operational improvement systems
  • Establishing practice standards and risk-management programs that consistently improved quality and client satisfaction
  • Generating performance and business development reports

Preferred but not required:

  • Practice Management experience
  • Nursing Management experience


  • At least 3 years of Healthcare Management experience (Familiar with Operational Processes)
  • At least 1 year of Training and Development experience
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral)
  • A Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field
  • Professional Medical License (Highly Preferred)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships quickly; to gain respect and influence with key clients or internal business contacts
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Systems and GSuite
  • Strong analytic and project management skills with a focus on flawless execution and attention to detail
  • Computer Processor: at least i5 5th Generation or equivalent (for both primary and back-up computers)
  • Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB DDR3 (for primary) and at least 4.00 GB DDR3 (for back-up)
  • Computer Operating System: at least MS Windows 10 or MacOS El Capitan
  • Primary Connection: 8 Mbps plan (10mbps and up preferred)
  • Back-up Connection: 5 Mbps
  • Starts at $1200/mo – Employment Type: Independent Contractor
