AUTOMATION & CRM SUPPORT SPECIALIST
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, centered on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting workflows, automations, and reports. The role will primarily support one CRM environment currently being stabilized, while maintaining another existing setup that requires ongoing updates, monitoring, and minor enhancements.
GoHighLevel Execution & Support (Medical + Real Estate)
- Support and maintain GHL setup for both divisions
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations, workflows, pipelines, and calendars
- Implement and QA email/SMS sequences, reminders, no-show and reschedule flows
- Apply content, UX, and CTA updates based on internal audit feedback
- Maintain clean naming conventions and documentation
Automation & Systems Support
- Assist with automation logic across platforms (GHL, Salesforce, internal tools)
- Support reporting and dashboard creation tied to lead flow and conversions
- Support automation-related work for REVA Command
- Identify broken workflows, gaps, or inefficiencies and proactively resolve them
Reporting & Data
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards inside GHL
- Support UTM tracking, attribution logic, and data validation
- Assist with Salesforce automation and reporting as needed (support role)
Training & Enablement
- Create high-level GHL training materials for VAs (process-focused, not admin-heavy)
- Support internal knowledge transfer and documentation
- Enable light internal QA/review capability without full platform dependency
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel automations and workflows
- Solid background in automation logic and systems thinking
- Comfortable working across multiple CRM platforms (internal tools, automation layers)

- Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and data validation
- Able to work independently and deliver in a project-based environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills (Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides and MS equivalent).
- Google workspace administration.
- Adaptability to various platforms’ API endpoints.
- Experience with prompt design or automation logic for AI tools
- Familiarity with system integrations or networking concepts
- Exposure to self-hosted tools or environments
- Basic understanding of web design principles
- Ability to read and interpret data structures
- Interest or background in system analysis and process design
