Virtual Assistant

Businesses such as real estate investing outsource services to a Virtual Assistant to free up valuable time and focus on functions that are directly related to their core enterprise.

Tasks
  • Phone Management
  • Answer the phone for incoming leads
  • Make outbound calls to leads that left voicemails and hang-ups
  • Call all internet leads in order to convert to an appointment
  • Build relationships with industry professionals by calling them

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year working experience in the BPO industry handling customer service, sales, telemarketing account.
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written

Client Services Manager

A Client Services Manager manages and leads a team of virtual assistants, with the primary role of ensuring congruence between the virtual assistant’s performance and the clients’ expectations. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of Client-VA pairs to meet with the required targets set by clients with the help of the assigned Client Services Manager
  • Partnering with clients in creating task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs
  • Working with clients to help grow their businesses with the help of all services offered by REVA Global
  • Client-VA management
  • Manage clients and their needs in relation to the services REVA Global offers (Mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling concerns, high level escalations, negotiations, etc.)
  • Manage VAs and their needs in relation to client requirements (Productivity monitoring, VA improvement, training, SME sessions, coaching, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Ability to think outside the box – Understand requirements and create solutions as necessary
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in a management role and 2 years client services role
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work alongside high level professionals in a team environment
  • Self starter and highly motivated
  • Sales background is required (High-level Sales background is a plus)
  • US Real Estate knowledge is a plus

Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our training and operations team and help us place qualified candidates faster. Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include conducting candidate interviews for specific job openings in the company, evaluating and examining skills & competencies, and helping execute and implement any recruitment initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts initial and in-depth interviews

    • Profiles candidates based on specific competencies and qualifications
    • Evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of the candidates based on requirements provided
    • Facilitates and discusses job offers
    • Collaborate with managers, and other departments to identify future job posting needs and proactively source potential sign-ups
    • Participates in calibration sessions and communicates the needs of the departments supported
    • Achieves recruitment goals and targets
    • Measure and report on recruitment metrics timely
    • Helps out in other recruitment functions as needed
Qualifications
    • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, or any similar role
    • Extensive experience in profiling, targeted selection interviews, and job fit interviews
    • Proficient in using tools, applications, and systems for recruitment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly organized, and able to handle multiple requirements
    • Good knowledge of labor legislation is a plus

    Training Specialist

    We are looking for a Training Specialist to enhance the competencies of individual virtual assistants by designing and conducting training programs that will boost virtual assistant’s workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. The Training Specialist will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

    Responsibilities
    • Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
    • Conducting end to end training sessions for virtual assistants
    • Translating requirements into training that will groom virtual assistants for the next step of their career path
    • Building training programs and preparing teaching plans
    • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
    • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
    • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
    • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into virtual assistant’s work behavior
    • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
    • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in virtual assistant development

     

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in designing multiple training events
    • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
    • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
    • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
    • Sound decision making and organizational skills
    • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
    • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite and other software necessary
